Information about the conference dinner
Join us at the prestigious dinner venue, the Natural History Museum Vienna (Naturhistorisches Museum Wien).
About the museum:
Founded over 270 years ago, we are a research museum whose origins date back to the imperial collections of the 18th century. "Dedicated to the kingdom of nature and its exploration", our building, exhibitions and collections form a total work of art with a unique atmosphere in the heart of Vienna.
About the special exhibition:
The exhibition focuses on the unique nature of the Arctic, its fascination, fragility and the rapid changes taking place in the Arctic regions. The clearly visible and measurable effects of climate change, as well as the geopolitical shifts these have led to, have placed the Arctic at the center of global attention. This exhibition discusses the many facets and roles of this unique ecosystem from a range of perspectives. It shows that the Arctic's crucial global role means today it is more closely connected than ever to all our lives.
We will start with a welcome drink and a guided tour of a special exhibition in the museum, followed by a 3-course buffet dinner with drinks and the opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere.
